Things to do in Koronadal!
I had my flight at April 10 from Cebu to General Santos. I almost didn't make it to my flight because my alarm did not wake me up. I am so thankful that my cousin was banging on my door to wake me up, but I was so bummed out when I left the croissants at home. :( The flight is about an hour and 30 minutes. I sat right on the first row and made friends with the flight attendants. The pilots were also kind enough to let me see the cockpit. awesome! So I got off the plane and waited for my checked in baggages and headed outside where my grandma, cousin and daughter were waiting. Mimi had the biggest smile and ran to me. A daughters love is just so sweet. I didn't see her for 10 days. I missed her so much.
We headed home to Koronadal my hometown which will take another hour and a half by car. This is the place where I grew up. I love the province. It is super hot and humid, you can sit in the kubo (napahut) and you will start to sweat. This is the place where I can control my eating habits and where I have a lot f motivation to run. We have this sports complex with a really nice rubberised track field, badminton courts, tennis courts, swimming pool, and basketball courts. There is also a park and a new gym right across from it. Fitness is very important in this city. Many runners are already in the oval as early as 4:30am. I always get greeted by many friendly familiar faces.
There is a really popular buko halo place here called Aparejas. I have heard a lot about it and gave it a try :)
I have been having fruits everyday. Papaya, bananas, and watermelons are my everyday fruits. Yum!
Yeah I left these yumminess :(
My aunt is here for vacation and my parents managed to add these in her luggage :) Thanks guys I love you!
